• Ask-A-Question - Provides answers to your reference or informational questions by IM, by e-mail, over the telephone or in person. Need help looking for information online? Have questions about searching our catalog, using our research databases or about library services? Need us to look up some information for you? Want to know if we have a particular book, magazine or movie? Our reference staff will be happy to assist you.
  

• Catalog Questions - Provides answers to questions regarding your library card account and offers general assistance in the use of the electronic catalog. Questions submitted after 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, will receive a response the following day between the hours of  9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. Questions submitted on Saturday or Sunday will receive a response the following Monday between the hours of  9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
