LATIN DANCERCISE Tuesday, October 19 - Tuesday, November 9, 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM Like Zumba, this is a low impact easy-to-follow exercise class where you will learn the authentic hot Latin dance steps of Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, and Bachata. You will aso learn fun Middle Eastern dance exercise steps that help tone the mid-section. This class is a fun, saucy workout that will burn calories and tone your body to the beat of Latin and Middle Eastern rhythms. This class is great for those who want to tone their abs, legs and glutes while learning exciting new dance techniques. Dress is casual or exercise apparel.
