Inch Loss Class

Achieve inch loss and lose body fat doing deep aerobic breathing. It takes 20 minutes or less to do these breathing exercises. There is no running, jumping, diet restrictions, pills to take, or food portion changes in this class. Average inch loss is 7 to 21 inches in 3 to 4 weeks. After you learn deep breathing techniques and exercises to tone, you can practice them in the comfort of your own home to maintain inch loss. Bring a towel or yoga mat.
